Prior to your appointment you will need to prepare with olive oil ear drops administered twice a day for 5-7 days. 

These can be purchased from pharmacies and online. 

Our team member will arrive with equipment to your home. 

The team member will discuss your ear health and undertake an ear health assessment. 

Should the team member find there is no requirement for ear wax removal they will advise you around your ear care and an ear health check fee will be charged at £20. 

Should ear wax removal be required, they will discuss what method is most appropriate for you and undertake the procedure. 

This should take between 20-45 minutes depending on the method required.
